Tentang Saya About Me

Saya adalah lulusan Universitas Bina Nusantara, jurusan Sistem Informasi, lulus pada tahun 2015.
Setelah itu, saya memulai karier di dunia IT Support dan hingga kini telah menekuni bidang ini lebih dari 10 tahun.

Saya menikmati peran sebagai IT Support karena setiap hari saya dapat berinteraksi dengan banyak orang dari berbagai divisi — bukan hanya membantu menyelesaikan kendala teknis, tetapi juga membangun hubungan kerja yang baik dengan seluruh tim.

Selain menangani troubleshooting harian, saya juga terus mengembangkan kemampuan saya di bidang networking dan cyber security. Bagi saya, pekerjaan IT Support tidak hanya sebatas memperbaiki masalah, tetapi juga mencakup pendokumentasian yang baik, pengelolaan aset, monitoring sistem, dan memastikan keamanan infrastruktur perusahaan tetap terjaga.

Saya percaya bahwa kombinasi antara kemampuan teknis, komunikasi yang efektif, dan dokumentasi yang rapi adalah kunci untuk menciptakan lingkungan IT yang stabil dan efisien.

I graduated from Bina Nusantara University, majoring in Information Systems (class of 2015).
Since then, I’ve built a career in IT Support and have spent over 10 years in this field.

I enjoy working in IT Support because I get to collaborate with people across different departments — not only fixing technical issues, but also building strong working relationships.

Beyond daily troubleshooting, I continuously develop my skills in networking and cyber security. For me, IT Support also means good documentation, asset management, system monitoring, and ensuring infrastructure security remains robust.

I believe a combination of technical capability, clear communication, and disciplined documentation is essential for a stable and efficient IT environment.
